Welcome to PlrPanda! By accessing or using our website and purchasing our digital products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Product Purchases and Licensing
PlrPanda offers ready-to-sell PLR (Private Label Rights) ebooks and digital products for individual purchase.
Grant of License: Each purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, rebrand, and sell that specific digital product according to the license terms provided with the product.
Individual Transactions: All purchases are one-time transactions. PlrPanda does not currently offer membership or subscription-based access.
2. Use of Content
You may rebrand, modify, and sell PLR content purchased from PlrPanda. However:
No Brand Impersonation: You may not claim ownership of PlrPanda’s original brand, logo, or website content as your own.
Original Form Protection: You may not distribute or give away the content in its original, unedited form outside of your finished products unless the specific license allows for it.
Ethical Use: You may not use our content for illegal, harmful, or unethical purposes.
3. Payment and Refunds
One-Time Payments: All prices listed are for individual digital products. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
No Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our products (which are delivered instantly via download), all sales are final. Refunds will not be issued once a download link has been generated or accessed, except at the sole discretion of PlrPanda in the case of a technical defect.
Price Changes: PlrPanda reserves the right to change product pricing at any time without prior notice.
4. User Responsibilities
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate and current information when making a purchase.
Activity: You are responsible for all activity and downloads occurring under your account.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the PlrPanda website—including text, graphics, logos, and the arrangement of materials—is the intellectual property of PlrPanda.
Purchasing a product grants you a usage license for that specific item; it does not transfer the intellectual property rights of the original source files or the PlrPanda brand to you.
6. Limitation of Liability
PlrPanda is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the digital products sold herein.
No Guarantees: We provide the tools, but you provide the effort. PlrPanda does not guarantee specific financial results, income levels, or sales volumes from the use of our PLR products.
7. Revocation of License
PlrPanda reserves the right to revoke your license to use or sell any products purchased if you are found to be in violation of these terms (e.g., distributing products in a way that violates the specific PLR agreement).
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. You consent to the jurisdiction of the High Court of South Africa (or a Magistrate’s Court with appropriate jurisdiction) for any disputes arising from this agreement.
9. Changes to Terms
PlrPanda may update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect changes in our business model or legal requirements. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
